House Details
House sleeps 6 � 2 x double bedrooms with their own balconies and 1 x bunkbed. Recently refurbished, has new kitchen and bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet), central heating and tastefully decorated throughout in charming rustic Italian style including woodburning heater, open fireplace and terracotta tiled floor. Bed linen and towels provided. Peaceful garden with patio area ideal for sunbathing and BBQs. Use of garden furniture and BBQ equipment.
Prices
�300 a week and �250 per subsequent week. Pro-rata prices for stays of less than 7 days available upon request though a minimum of 3 days stay is needed. A deposit of �200 will be required no later than three weeks from date of notification of booking to secure your reservation, 50% of which is refundable in the event you decide to cancel your reservation, the total sum to be received no later than three weeks prior to stay in house.
Method of payment. Payment to be made into a UK bank account, details of which will be provided upon booking. A receipt will be issued to you upon payment.
